Spa Policies

Cancelations:

Spa services are reserved especially for you. Please give us 24 hrs notice if you need to cancel, reschedule , or change your treatment. Less than 24 hrs notice, you authorize this business to charge your card 50% of your service total.

No-Show’s will be charged in full.

Upon booking spa packages or group services, a deposit of $100 may be required the time of booking to hold your appointment.

Arrival:

Upon arrival we ask you to turn off or silence all cell phones.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Please do not arrive sooner than 5 min before your appointment time. If you are late, your appointment will be limited to the time allocated for the convenience of the next scheduled guest. Late arrivals later than 15 min may be rescheduled. In some circumstances charged a no show fee.

Schedule appointments 48-72 hrs before any special event where appearance may be a factor.

Treatments such as Microneedling and extractions may cause redness and in some cases sensitivity.
